Job Title: Project Management Specialist

Fawkes & Reece South, a leading National Civil Engineering Contractor, is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead their Marine Civil Engineering Projects team. With planned growth and recent award of £11m projects on the Thames, this role offers a fantastic opportunity for career advancement in a dynamic industry.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Marine Civil Engineering Projects, with experience in coastal & maritime projects, piling, sea defence, and infrastructure development. Strong leadership skills are essential to manage project/site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers effectively. A successful track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards is crucial.

Responsibilities:
• Manage project/site teams, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
• Develop and implement effective health, safety, environment, and quality plans.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project finances, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Civil Engineering, Construction Management, etc.).
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Contracts Management or a related field.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
