Role Summary:
As the head host at Corrochio's, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, playing a vital role in shaping their experience.Your leadership will set the standard for service excellence in our dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhance the guest experience, making customers feel welcomed and valued.
  • Handle all reservations using SevenRooms and OpenTable, ensuring accuracy and efficiency..
  • Manage guest relations, ensuring satisfaction from the booking process through to departure.
  • Work with management and the restaurant team to ensure smooth front-of-house operations, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
  • Work autonomously and bring ideas and innovations to continually improve systems and process to strive for excellence.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Minimum 1 years of experience as a head host, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using OpenTable & SevenRooms.
  • Passionate about delivering excellent guest experiences with a positive, friendly and approachable demeanour.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest service standards.
  • Impeccable appearance and outstanding interpersonal skills, with a good command of English.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team and take direction from management.
  • Flexible availability to work full-time.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
