At KFH we are looking for a payroll specialist to join our Pay & Benefits team in Wimbledon.

Do you have experience of in-house payroll or in a bureau environment? Experience with Payroll systems, such as Employment Hero or SelectPay? Do you have excellent ability in using Excel, and Microsoft Office? Do you have experience in forming and developing great relationships with customers and colleagues? You will report into our Head of Pay and Benefits.

We are looking for a highly motivated, ambitious and hard-working individual who will become a close member of our Pay and Benefits department as a payroll specialist. You will be working closely with the Head of Pay and Benefits and the team members to ensure an efficient, confidential and professional payroll service is provided to all areas of the KFH Group and its Block Management clients.

Responsibilities of a payroll specialist include:

  • Supervise the preparation of both the KFH Group monthly payrolls as well as our client payrolls, from end to end
  • Ensure employees are paid on time, whilst working within statutory, legislative, and contractual requirements
  • Review and verify payroll data for completeness and accuracy
  • Reconcile key pay elements to ensure year to date balances are maintained and accurate
  • Assist with the review and maintenance of the departmental instruction manual and process maps
  • Supervise the timely and accurate enrolment and payment of pension contributions to all pension providers used by KFH Group and our clients in accordance with statutory and legislative requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with all members of the Pay and Benefits team to provide accurate advice and expertise on pay and benefit matters to all areas of the business
  • Ensure all payroll systems are up-to-date and functioning correctly
