Stakeholder Marketing Officer

Reports to: Stakeholder Marketing Manager
Department: Marketing
Main responsibility – Ensuring that all relevant contacts on the database are extracted and invited to the correct events.
Responsibilities to Include –
· Producing a marketing document that will guide marketing strategy for new events.
· Putting together the initial mailouts for new events and subsequent mailouts for events.
· Performing a variety of tasks to expand and improve the initial marketing document and mailing list.
· Reviewing and reporting on the quality of the database to guide priorities for each event.
· Assisting with marketing research tasks to expand the database.
· Assisting with tasks to ensure the database is kept up to date.
· Assisting other departments with the progress of events.
Additional responsibilities -
· Hosting virtual conferences, producing post-conference materials, and providing tech support.
· Additional tasks as instructed by the Stakeholder Marketing Manager.
The role is full time, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with an hour for lunch
