Job Title: Contract Co-ordinator

Location: London

Cobalt is working with a leading Property Consultancy, known for advising across large commercial and residential assets across the globe.

They are looking for a new member of the team to join the contract team offering support to the Contract Director and reporting to the client to promote service to their assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Point of contact for senior members of the relevant teams.
  • Support the contract director with requests including ad hoc.
  • Manage and coordinate for all call off work including instructions and forecasting.
  • Assess all potential conflicts for both the existing portfolio and new additions. Resolve and report conflicts.
  • Liaising with department to deliver information or data as required.
  • Updating compiling and managing data through spreadsheets for the internal team.
  • Provide workshops to clients to help facilitate and promote team working
  • Inbox management and process any queries or enquires in a timely manner
  • Prepare meetings, minute taking and ensure deadlines are met with any required reports.

Personal Specification:

  • Experience working independently with ability to prioritise work
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail high, accuracy levels
  • Team player demonstrating responsibility patience and understanding
  • Highly efficient in using Word, PowerPoint, Office, Excel and Teams
  • Articulate communicator, with oriented client focused approach.
  • An ability to demonstrate professionalism within the working environment.
