Role Overview:

  • Build, manage, and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Represent the Linten brand and organisation to current and prospecting clients.
  • Collaborate with the wider Linten team to meet customer requirements.
  • Engage with customers daily to understand their needs and demonstrate how Linten's products and services can meet their specific needs.
  • The role involves visiting customer premises several times a week, based out of our offices in the Manchester or Midlands area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Passion for people is essential – ability to listen and understand requirements.
  • Take ownership of assigned client relationships and responsibilities.
  • Build effective client relationships, manage inbound inquiries and queries.
  • Proactively arrange and deliver client relationship reviews.
  • Highlight opportunities for growth.

  • Maintain successful and effective customer relationships.
  • Attend networking and business events to promote and grow business.
  • Track activities and return on investment via key performance indicators.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to explain concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in managing clients and building relationships.
  • Strong commercial understanding and people skills.
  • Valid UK driving license and own vehicle.
  • Great customer engagement.
  • Flexibility in working hours as required by the role.

Desirable:

  • Basic technical understanding, preferably in the Microsoft product range.
  • Experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
