This position is based at a secondary school in Yate. The role involves providing 1st and 2nd line support within the school and managing escalation to central teams as needed.   • Experience of working in an MSP / IT environment (or similar)

What will your role as a Network Administrator look like?

  • Provide on-site technical support
  • Provide telephone and email based technical support
  • Manage issues flagged by our monitoring software
  • Perform various system administration tasks on-site e.g. installation of new hardware
  • Help to maintain a mutually beneficial and positive working relationship with our customers
  • Commercial awareness of the benefits of common business technologies is expected
  • Logical approach to problem solving
  • Able to identify when a problem may require escalation
  • Maintain high standards of work and professionalism
  • Ability to work unsupervised and diligently
