Compensation: £30-35k base + double OTE

Job Purpose: The Business Development Executive will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of Healthera. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting Healthera’s products and services to a diverse range of stakeholders within the healthcare industry. This is a very fast-paced role and has great opportunity to build a high commission from existing leads at your disposal.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify New Business Opportunities: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for business growth. Develop strategies to target and acquire new clients.


  • Sales and Revenue Generation: Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Present and demonstrate Healthera’s products and services to potential clients, negotiating and closing deals.


  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats. Provide insights and recommendations to the management team.


  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive approach to business development and client engagement.


  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards targets. Prepare regular reports for management review.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the healthcare or technology industry.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Experience using a CRM system to a high standard
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
