General Scope of Role


As a Media Manager you will be responsible for planning & executing influencer, social publisher & paid social campaigns for a range of clients. The chosen candidate will have experience in at least one of those three areas, with a keenness to learn other areas of media. We are not expecting you to know it all, a positive attitude and willingness to learn is key for this role. Working on pitching for new clients will also be a key part of this role.


The perfect candidate will have strong experience working on brand projects through key channels such as Facebook, Instagram, X, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, TikTok, Threads and LinkedIn.


In this growing team, this individual will have the opportunity to lead the execution, optimisation and performance of their campaigns whilst having the support of a wider team with expert knowledge in the Paid Social & Influencer space.


Client verticals within this role include but are not limited to Tourism, Extreme Sports, Gambling & Football.


Main Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Ensure the effective delivery of branded social content campaigns working with influencers, social publishers and paid social platforms.
  • Own our client relationships, with our wider team.
  • Work closely with content producers, to ensure outputs are delivered according to clients’ expectations. This includes copy & talent approvals and final sign off processes.
  • Track campaign progress and deliver performance reports following completion of campaigns.
  • Work closely with the Account Manager and Production Manager to ensure campaigns are delivered within budget.
  • Brief and work alongside the social content teams to provide clarity on client objectives and how they will individually and collectively input to deliver the best results.
  • Being a source of expertise in Media – (Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat,Pinterest and LinkedIn) – for the wider business and our clients


Key skills


  • You have 1-3 years’ experience managing branded social content campaigns within the influencer, publisher or paid social space.
  • You know how to win the confidence of clients to advise and lead best processes to achieve agreed media KPIs.
  • You pride yourself in being extremely organised and can confidently manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • You are solution-focused and can think on your feet when required.
  • You trust your ability to gain the confidence of our clients and lead campaign processes through to successful delivery.
  • You are confident working autonomously in a fast paced, but supportive environment.
  • You have an eye for great content and a strong knowledge and understanding of the social media landscape.
  • Experience working with most Paid Social Platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat and LinkedIn’s ad platforms. (Not compulsory to have worked on all but have some understanding of how each is planned).
  • Passionate about digital and can demonstrate an interest in it outside the workplace.
  • Confident in leading conversations around social strategy and tactics.
