We are now looking for a skilled and talented London based Brand Partnerships Executive to join our team on a full-time basis.


CORE TASKS AND DUTIES:

  • Establish and manage relationships across major brand partners to create meaningful, impactful and original activations
  • Develop and manage internal asset and budgeting documents that give a real time view of partnership status
  • Negotiate efficient partnership agreements leveraging knowledge of industry standards and the Culted brand to drive discussions
  • Communicate partner needs and collaborate with cross-functionally to ensure programs are developed and delivered on time and in budget
  • Identify and build plans against current and upcoming trends within the fashion, music and lifestyle industry that can be leveraged in partner activations
  • Collaborate with the right partners who can bring us to the forefront of culture and top of mind with our target audiences
  • Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services
  • Produce monthly forecasting reports
  • Ensure that company targets are met by holding regular check-ins with team to set objectives and monitor progress
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status


THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

  • 1-2 years of media sales experience
  • Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
  • Has proven record of excellent writing for commercial purposesWill possess strong awareness of the worlds of fashion, luxury lifestyle, streetwear, and their trends
  • Will have thorough understanding of all current social media platforms, especially of interest to Gen-Z such as TikTok
  • Will have a positive and solution-first attitude
  • Will know how to manage individuals and solve issues in a positive manner Is active on LinkedIn and aims to grow own network and represent the company at all times
  • Has the ability to understand the importance of brand and visual identity
  • Is extremely dynamic and eager to learn new skills
  • Has professional approach when dealing with clients, vendors and contractors


SKILLS:

  • You will be a natural target focused closer of deals
  • Can make critical decisions regarding targets, etc.
  • Liaising with clients and building strong working relationships
  • Able to adapt editing and writing style for different purposes
  • Outstanding skills in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe, Keynote, etc.
  • Outstanding organisational skills
  • Able to take initiative and pitch original ideas
  • Well-developed time management skills
  • Project and campaign management skills
  • A solid understanding of the use of a range of social media platforms, particularly in relation to advertising/branding and customers
  • Experience in developing integrated marketing plans
  • Experience developing and negotiating partner contracts


This role will be based full time from CULTED’s office.
