We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Italian Speaking Accounts Assistant to join a friendly small team at our client's organisation in Hackbridge. This is a permanent, full-time position with an attractive salary ranging from £30,000 to £35,000 per annum.
As the Italian Speaking Assistant, you will play a crucial role:
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring all invoicing, credit notes, credit management, and credit control tasks are carried out promptly and accurately.
- Assisting the team in managing customer enquiries and providing professional and courteous phone/email support.
- Supporting the sales agents to maintain and increase sales to customers.
- Handling outstanding financial matters and resolving customer enquiries, requests, complaints, or orders with care and skill.
- Completing reports on sales orders and supporting the sales agents with their reports.
- Undertaking any other reasonable tasks and services requested by the organisation.
Our client values a positive and collaborative work environment. You will join a small team consisting of 5 sales reps, one manager, and one admin, where everyone works together to achieve success. Being proficient in Italian language is essential for this role.
In order to excel in this position, you should have strong bookkeeping and administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently and independently. Excellent communication and customer service skills are also essential.
Key requirements:
- Proven experience in bookkeeping and administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in Italian language.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and bookkeeping software.
