Job Summary

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team and optimize our Salesforce environment, ensuring it supports our sales, customer service, and order management processes effectively.


Role Outline & Responsibilities


Salesforce Administration and Environment Management:

  • Assist in managing and customizing Salesforce CRM to meet the needs of our 50-person sales and customer service teams.
  • Help maintain user profiles, roles, and permission sets to ensure data security and access control.
  • Support the design and optimization of custom objects, fields, and layouts to enhance user experience and workflow efficiency.
  • Aid in the management of production and development sandboxes.


Customer Service and Support:

  • Assist in configuring and optimizing Salesforce Service Cloud to streamline customer service processes.
  • Collaborate with customer service teams to support effective case management and resolution tracking.
  • Help implement and maintain automated workflows to enhance customer support efficiency.


Order Management:

  • Support the end-to-end order management process within Salesforce.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
  • Assist in implementing order validation rules and automation to minimize errors and improve order accuracy.


Integration Management:

  • Help manage integrations between Salesforce and other business systems.
  • Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure smooth data flow and integration reliability.


Data, Reporting, and Analytics:

  • Assist in developing data quality controls to ensure ongoing data accuracy.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of customized reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales, customer service, and order management performance.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on key metrics and trends.


Key Skills

  • Minimum of 1.5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role, with a focus on CRM, sales, or customer service.
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce configuration, user management, and data security.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is highly desirable or in the process of obtaining it.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce configuration, including objects, fields, and layouts.
  • Basic knowledge of Salesforce automation tools like workflows and process builder.
  • Some experience or familiarity with order management processes within Salesforce or a similar CRM platform would be a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and develop problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to assist in troubleshooting and resolving basic issues efficiently.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with global cross-functional teams.
  • Basic project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under supervision.
  • Bachelor's degree is desirable.
