Role: Account Manager
Location: Hybrid working from Bristol HQ (2 days a week, typically Monday and Tuesday but flexible)
Salary: DOE up to £43,000 + quarterly bonus scheme + benefits (including a 9-day fortnight after probation) + they will also create a package tailored to you (awesome right?).

The role in a nutshell:
As their account manager, you’ll be the key point of contact for clients, managing relationships, ensuring campaign delivery, and driving value in all interactions. You’ll collaborate closely with the media team and leadership, balancing client needs with internal coordination to deliver outstanding results
What you will be doing:
- Client Relationships: Lead all client meetings and calls, set agendas, circulate follow-ups, and foster strong partnerships.
- Campaign Management and Campaign Planning: Oversee campaign planning and execution, ensuring all components are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
- Content & Insights: Develop newsletters, post-campaign reports, and media memos, turning insights into actionable workshops or communications.
- Proactivity: Maintain regular updates and progress reports on client accounts, acting as a trusted extension of their marketing teams.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless campaign delivery and issue resolution (Media Owners/Suppliers).
About you:
- Experience in multimedia planning.
- Experience with Adalyser Tags (or similar), training provided
- Client management skills.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Confidence in multi-tasking and working independently and proactively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- A collaborative mindset and passion for making an impact in the media industry.
- Familiarity with multimedia planning - help with refining your expertise will be provided
