As our Planning Finance Analyst, you are a numerate and highly analytical, with exceptional attention to detail. A self-starter, demonstrating high levels of drive, energy, and commitment. The Planning Finance Analyst will assist in the planning for all Nuffield Health Financial requirements including Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow including Covenant tests. This is a highly varied role supporting the Executive and Senior Leadership Community with their ongoing planning to support the delivery of the charity’s long term strategic goals.

They will contribute to our purpose to build a healthier nation by delivering high quality financial planning information to senior management to influence effective decision-making, drive profitable growth and support the delivery of the charity’s long term strategic goals.

As our Planning Financial Analyst, you will:

• Maintain the daily movement of cash in/out and forecast the cash month close position

• Prepare the production of the 13 week rolling cash forecast

• Prepare the longer term cash forecast model including scenario modelling

• Support of Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow projections through various planning cycles with input assumptions, challenge, review and output

• Providing analysis and business insight from a planning perspective to stakeholders across the organisation

• Provide month end analysis of actuals vs comparator for certain areas of the P&L.

• Develop financial & non financial KPI MI metrics to understand performance & improvement areas
