Job Title: Head of Finance

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head of Finance to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the finance function and providing strategic financial guidance to the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the finance team and provide guidance on financial planning and analysis
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
  • Manage financial reporting and analysis, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Oversee financial planning and risk management
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management and external partners
