Role

We are looking for a Operations Lead who will act as a vital part of the founding team of Neuphonic, and, working closely with the Co-Founders, play a critical role in growing our internal operational infrastructure.


In return, you will gain insight into all aspects of our rapidly growing startup, internal decision-making processes and product development. This opportunity offers a unique chance to immerse yourself in a rapidly expanding startup environment.


You Will:

  • Act as the CEO’s right hand and be a primary liaison between the founding team and the rest of the company, facilitating communication, cohesion and enabling the efficient day-to-day running of the business as we rapidly scale and grow.
  • Execute on internal projects across a wide spectrum of areas from HR/people, compliance, insurance, legal and contract management, tax, intellectual property, option plans, day-to-day internal operations, and helping to manage special projects such as growth initiatives and grants.
  • Take the lead on employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning, working closely with the CEO.
  • Collaborate closely with external vendors to help drive business growth. Whether it's nurturing governmental relationships, managing grants or fostering partnerships, we seek a versatile and ambitious young professional who excels in a wide range of areas.
  • Execute administrative duties such as planning annual meetings and coordinating facilities.
  • Streamline onboarding, managing documentation, onboarding processes, and effectively resolving employee concerns.
  • Build strong relationships with all employees to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to the formulation of new operational strategies through collaboration with senior leadership on special projects.
  • Strive to be a subject-matter expert, addressing inquiries, formulating action plans, and assisting in the preparation and dissemination of communications.

  • You’ve worked in a hyper-growth startup or scale-up in a legal and/or business operations capacity.
  • You have an interest in voice AI and a passion to learn more about the industry.
  • You possess a growth mindset, demonstrate entrepreneurial inclinations and can hit the ground running from day 1 with minimal instruction.
  • You embody a proactive attitude to tackling challenges head-on and are used to working independently.
  • You have a legal background with some exposure to legal work and/or legal operations at either a startup/scale-up, VC/investment firm or law firm as either an in-house legal counsel, paralegal, legal ops specialist or similar.
