Job Role - Sales and Business Development Manager - Oncology IVD
Company
My client is an international leader in developing innovative tests for cancer diagnostics. We operate highly advanced clinical IVD laboratories, with extensive international accreditations in London. They is a dynamic and growing company currently undergoing major expansion. I am seeking leaders from the oncology IVD/testing sector to join our high-calibre team and support the next stage of growth.
The Requirement
I am currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Oncology IVD Sales and Business Development Manager. The primary requirements for the successful candidate are a desire to:-
- drive sales for our cutting-edge molecular genomics cancer tests
- demonstrate the values and enhance the brand.
- help improve cancer patient treatments
- advance our footprint in the UK's oncology diagnostics landscape
This is a field-based full-time opportunity for an experienced oncology IVD sales/business development executive. You will be responsible for driving sales of DCG’s innovative oncology IVD tests in the UK.
Responsibilities
- Selling Oncology IVD tests to the NHS.
- Develop a sales plan and achieve new-business sales targets for UK market sectors.
- Lead oncologist engagement and onboarding processes.
- Leverage the companies test portfolio to extend account sales volumes.
Experience
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role selling IVD Oncology Tests to the NHS.
- A strong network of senior oncologists - both private and in the NHS.
- A proven track record in oncology IVD product/test sales
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
