As the Assistant General Manager at Lyaness, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and successful operation of the bar. You will work closely with the General Manager to oversee all aspects of the bar's daily operations, including staff management, customer service, inventory control, and financial performance. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining our high standards and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the General Manager in the daily management of the bar, ensuring all operations run smoothly and efficiently.

  • ?Lead, motivate, and mentor a diverse team of bartenders, servers, and support staff.

  • Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

  • Manage staff scheduling, ensuring optimal coverage during peak times while maintaining labor costs.

  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and a focus on resolution.

  • ?Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement new initiatives to enhance the guest experience.

  • Assist in managing the bar's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective purchasing.

  • Analyze sales and profitability reports, providing insights and recommendations to the General Manager.
