Role Description

Due to continued growth, we have opportunities for an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team. As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day project tasks, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, managing project schedules and budgets, conducting inspections, and ensuring timely delivery of projects. The Contracts Manager will also handle logistics management and expediting.


Qualifications

  • Third Level education in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field OR substantial relevant experience will be considered.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience within a similar role preferably from a interior fit out sector (marine or land based projects)
  • A successful track record of delivering projects on time, within budget and of excellent quality.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to lead a team.
  • Possess a proactive & innovative approach with the ability to problem solve issues.


Flexibility to travel:

Depending on the allocation of projects, site travel may vary i.e. Land based (mainland UK) will require travel on a limited basis i.e. 1 day per week/fortnight depending on project requirements whereas Marine projects may require a more flexible approach with up to 4-5 weeks on site during install stage.
