A successful British manufacturing company distributing a wide range of products to both public and private clients internationally, with an office in London.
Main duties: Part of the customer service team, you will be supporting sales on the Spanish market by developing the range of products acquired by public and private clients.
The role:
- Deal with customers' enquiries via telephone, email and live chat
- Advise new and existing clients on the range of products available
- Maintain and develop customer relationships
- Provide quotations based on customer specifications
- Create new accounts into the system and monitor their activities
- Translate technical or general documentation when required
The candidate:
- Fluency in Spanish essential
- Interest in continuing/kicking off a career in sales or business development
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ambitious and self-motivated
- Strong presentation skills
- Computer literate (Excel, outlook, Online Tools…)
- Experience of client interaction
