Right now we are looking to find our nextNight Receptionistto join our Native Hyde Park team.

At Native London Hyde Park, history meets modern elegance in our beautiful property overlooking Sussex Gardens. Join our vibrant team, comprising a 24/7 on-site reception crew, as well as a housekeeping team which ensures guests experience the best of London life. The 65 Native Hyde Park apartments are adorned with stylish furnishings, modern touches, and unique Victorian features.

Join our 24-hour on-site reception team as a Night Receptionist, taking responsibilityfor the property overnight and making sure we meet our guests and visitors expectations and ensuring their safety. Youll be fundamental in creating a superb first and lasting impression of our property and central in creating the Native identity

Experience:

  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems in a variety of practical solutions and follow standardised procedures.
  • Proficiency in customer service and interpersonal communication skills to effectively interact with residents, clients, team members, and other business contacts.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • IT skills including MS Word, Excel & Outlook (training will be provided for our internal database system)
  • Previous experience in working in the industry or the hotel industry is preferred
  • A strong team player with excellent relationship building skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to operate and thrive in a fast-paced work environment

Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent relationship building skills, both with entirely new and long term guests
  • Efficient and organised individual with excellent communication skills and has a sensitive, professional and well-mannered nature.
  • Works exceptionally well within a team dynamic and contributes to an established open culture.
  • Ability to build positive and productive working relationships with colleagues across Native.
  • Ability to follow company policies and procedures
  • Excellent communications skills, demonstrating the ability to liaise effectively & efficiently with people from diverse cultures, backgrounds and work levels
