Role Overview:

The Associate, Cluster Asset Manager will play a critical role in managing and reporting on our client's hotel investments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, investor relations, and hotel investment. This role will involve regular interaction with banks, investors, and internal teams to ensure the smooth operation and administration of hotel investment portfolio.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Investor Reporting: Prepare and present monthly and quarterly reports for investors and banks, ensuring accuracy and clarity in financial and operational performance metrics.
  • Day-to-Day Analysis and Reporting: Conduct ongoing analysis of portfolio performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Support in Disposals: Assist with the disposal processes, including data room management, Q&A sessions, and the preparation of presentation packs.
  • Capital Project Administration: Oversee the reporting and administration of capital projects, ensuring compliance with timelines and budgets.
  • Financial Analysis: Maintain a high level of financial awareness, focusing on both investor requirements and day-to-day operational metrics.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to support portfolio management activities.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Experience in reporting to banks and investors, with a strong understanding of the hotel industry.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong financial awareness and understanding, with the ability to analyse and report on both investor-focused and operational metrics.
  • Hotel Investment Background: Previous experience in hotel investment or similar.
  • Acquisitions/Disposals: Experience in managing acquisitions and disposals is highly desirable.
  • Capital Projects: Experience in the reporting and administration of capital projects.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.


Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in financial analysis and reporting tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.


Education:

  • A degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
