Casa Cruz is a handsome, warm and intimate neighborhood restaurant in Londons Notting Hill. The Casa Cruz philosophy is to be a home-away-from-home for all guests.

As we approach our 10th anniversary in 2025, we are excited to announce a special collaboration with Paris acclaimed restaurant Jas, led by Chef Jas Mimoun.

From October 18th to December 20th, we will transform into a Parisian-inspired brasserie, offering a limited-time menu of modern French cuisine enriched with international influences. Join us in creating an unforgettable dining experience that blends Parisian elegance with our warm, inviting atmosphere.

The Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Chef de Rang ( Waiter/ Waitress) to join our front-of-house team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service, ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience. You will play a key role in managing a section of the restaurant, overseeing service standards, and leading your team with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations.
  • Manage a designated section of the restaurant, including table settings, guest interactions, and service flow.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of food and beverages.
  • Train and mentor junior staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
  • Maintain knowledge of the menu, including food and wine pairings, to make informed recommendations to guests.
  • Uphold Casa Cruz's standards of service excellence and professionalism at all times.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization in your section and assist with overall restaurant upkeep.
  • safety regulations, ensuring food safety and cleanliness in all aspects of service.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a high-quality restaurant is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for food and beverage, with a desire to provide outstanding service.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
