Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Management: Lead and manage platform deployment projects in on-premises environments from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Service Delivery Orchestration: Coordinate and oversee all aspects of service delivery, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational goals.
  • RACI Creation: Develop and maintain RACIs to clearly define roles and responsibilities for all stakeholders involved in the deployment process.
  • Network Diagram Development: Design and document detailed network diagrams to support platform deployments, ensuring all components are accurately represented and compliant with security standards.
  • Test Plan Development: Create and implement comprehensive test plans to validate platform functionality, performance, and security in on-premises environments.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with clients, vendors, and internal teams to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any issues or concerns related to platform deployments.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful platform deployments.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance service delivery efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in program/project management, with a focus on platform deployments in on-premises environments. Must have technical PM experience and have knowledge about platform integration, API integration and DevOps

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in network architecture and design.
  • Experience with creating RACIs and test plans.
  • Familiarity with various on-premises deployment models and technologies.
  • Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification preferred.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
