HBS in a few words : Host Broadcast Services, fully owned by Infront Sports & Media, is a specialist host broadcast organisation, originally established with the core mandate of producing the television and radio signals for the 2002 and 2006 FIFA World Cups™.

Based in Switzerland, with its planning headquarters in Paris/Boulogne, the company has evolved since its formation in 1999 and built upon its unique capabilities by attracting expert personnel from the very top levels of the television industry to complement the experienced staff who have honed their skills over previous FIFA World Cups™.

The position of Senior Delivery Producer is critical in delivering high-quality digital products and services, particularly for the FIFA World Cup 2026 and other FIFA-related events. The role is designed to bridge the gap between HBS (Host Broadcast Services) and FIFA’s digital team, ensuring seamless collaboration and timely delivery of digital content.

The Senior Delivery Producer will manage content creation, production planning, and business development efforts, interacting with various stakeholders such as rightsholders, sponsors, and brands. This role also involves staff recruitment, particularly content creators and influencers, and requires extensive coordination across multiple teams and locations.


Your responsibilities

As the Senior Delivery Producer, you will be responsible to oversee creator and influencer projects:

Event-Time Production:

  • Lead content delivery for FIFA events, including the FIFA World Cup 2026.
  • Coordinate the production of digital content: videos, artwork, live streams for social media platforms.
  • Oversee 100+ people working on digital content at major events.

Content Planning & Strategy:

  • Collaborate with FIFA and other stakeholders to plan and approve the digital content strategy.
  • Manage content output for FIFA’s social media channels, rightsholders, and sponsors.
  • Participate in pre-event planning meetings with FIFA, media partners, and suppliers.

Team Leadership & Recruitment:

  • Lead staff recruitment, focusing on creators, producers, and influencers.
  • Supervise production teams across multiple locations (e.g., USA, Qatar).
  • Recruit and develop talent through platforms like Instagram.

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue monetization opportunities around football and digital media.
  • Manage influencer and creator projects, ensuring alignment with brand and event goals.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as a key liaison between HBS and FIFA’s digital team.
  • Oversee commercial affiliate and sponsor relationships, ensuring alignment with content production goals.


Is it really for me ?

  • Expertise in digital media: Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital content trends, especially in creating and publishing high-volume content.
  • Experience with large-scale events: Previous experience managing content for major sporting events like the World Cup.
  • Team management skills: Experience leading and recruiting large content teams across multiple locations.
  • Strong stakeholder management: Ability to work closely with key partners, such as FIFA, sponsors, and media affiliates.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English is essential. French is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Location flexibility: Willingness to work in London or Paris.
