Digital Modus is a provider of Professional Services in the Salesforce ecosystem. We bring together and deliver technology services on behalf of a wide client portfolio. Predominantly our clients are public sector & not for profit bodies, however, we do from time to time work with commercial organisations.


Role Focus


We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Agile Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing digital transformation projects and will thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. This role requires expertise in Agile methodologies, demonstrable experience delivering projects within the Salesforce ecosystem, and a proven track record of successful project delivery in highly regulated industries. As part of our close-knit team, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the entire lifespan of a project and ensuring smooth project execution, client satisfaction, and the continued growth of our business.



Overview


  • Leading project teams to deliver solutions in the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Managing project timelines, resources, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Utilising Agile and Scrum frameworks to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Working closely with clients in regulated sectors, ensuring compliance and project integrity.


Responsibilities


  • Project Planning and Execution: Lead project planning sessions and manage the full lifecycle of Salesforce-related projects, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
  • Stakeholder Management: Establish strong relationships with clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication, expectations, and project status updates.
  • Agile & Scrum Leadership: Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives; ensure the team adheres to Agile methodologies.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify, monitor, and manage risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
  • RAID Management: Managing Risks, Issues and Dependencies for delivery
  • Budget and Resource Management: Manage project budgets, forecasts, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to relevant regulatory and compliance standards, especially in highly regulated sectors such as financial services or healthcare.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes and contribute to the development of best practices across the company.

Skills and Qualifications:


  • Essential:


Agile & Scrum Expertise: Proven experience leading Agile projects, with hands-on knowledge of Scrum frameworks.

Salesforce Ecosystem Experience: Demonstrable experience delivering projects within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Stakeholder Management: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.

Project Planning: Strong project planning and organisational skills, with experience in resource allocation and risk management.

Regulated Industry Experience: Experience managing projects in highly regulated industries (e.g. Government, finance, healthcare).

Negotiation & Communication: Ability to negotiate project terms and manage communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, especially in high-pressure environments.



  • Desirable:


Jira Expertise: Experience using Jira for project tracking and management.

AWS Devops Expertise: Experience using AWS Devops for project tracking and management.

Risk Management: Experience with risk management frameworks and tools.

Budgeting & Forecasting: Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage project budgets and financial forecasts.

Certifications: Agile, Scrum Master, and Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.
