  • Drive the optimisation, enhancement, and service levels of the People Service function through the adoption of new practices, technologies, engaging communication and stakeholder management.
  • Lead multiple initiatives within the People Service, ensuring seamless program delivery within established budgets and timelines by taking a robust project management approach and leveraging resources for support.
  • Lead, manage and develop the People Service team, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven culture using effective management techniques to motivate and empower team members at all levels.

What are we looking for?

  • Familiarity with technological advancements and a willingness to innovate.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Analytical mindset with project management experience.
  • HRIS experience, preferably with Workday.
