The Company
A global financial intelligence firm, providing news, analysis and intelligence on the Global Foreign Exchange, Fixed Income Markets and Political Risk. They work with renown banks like Citibank and JP Morgan, as well as global hedge funds and have grown year on year.
Their current SDR team sits at 15, and they're looking for someone to lead from the front and grow the team even further You'll have Team Leads supporting you, and your role will be focused on developing the sales development team, enabling them to progress, succeed and smash targets.
The Role
- Managing the sales development function of SDRs and team leads
- Running training and coaching sessions
- Setting clear targets and ensure your team are on track
- Promoting and maintaining the team size, as well as hiring
- Working closing with the senior leadership team
- Working at pace to meet company targets
- Making an impact
Who Are You
- Experienced SDR Manager or Sales Development Manager
- Experience in subscription sales
- Closing experience desired but not essential
- Passionate about coaching and training
- Can work in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment
