Role: Enterprise Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and mentor a team of account managers, maximizing their potential to hit growth and retention targets.
  • Design and implement innovative account growth and client retention campaigns.
  • Oversee day-to-day activities, ensuring a competitive and high-quality approach to customer success.
  • Collaborate with sales and enterprise acquisition teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Recruit, onboard, and coach account managers to exceed sales goals and continuously improve.
