My client is currently looking for a Clinical Negligence/Personal Injury Paralegal to join its close knit team in Derby.

The Role

You will be assisting a solicitor with their caseload of Clin neg and PI cases. Your duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Taking new enquiries
  • Preparing correspondence and documents
  • Opening and maintaining files
  • Gathering medical records and other evidence
  • Drafting witness statements
  • Liaising with court staff and other third parties
  • Updating clients on their ongoing cases
  • Liaising with Costs Draftspeople
