Job Summary

G2 Legal Limited is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Negligence Paralegal to join its team in a Litigation Support role. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assisting solicitors with their caseload of Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury cases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist solicitors with case management, including taking new enquiries, preparing correspondence and documents, and opening and maintaining files.
  • Gather medical records and other evidence to support claims.
  • Draft witness statements and liaise with court staff and other third parties.
  • Update clients on the progress of their cases and liaise with Costs Draftspeople.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Clinical Negligence or Personal Injury.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
  • Excellent communication and phone manner.
