Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Personal Injury Paralegal to manage their own caseload of small claims and assist senior team members with more complex cases. The ideal candidate will have experience in Personal Injury and/or Clinical Negligence, with a strong understanding of the litigation process and case funding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Claims Management: Manage a caseload of small claims from start to conclusion, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Client Relations: Build rapport and trust with clients through excellent phone manner and communication skills.
  • Case Preparation: Prepare schedules of loss, take witness statements, and conduct quantum assessments.
  • Team Support: Assist senior team members with more complex cases, providing support and guidance as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Paralegal or similar role in Personal Injury and/or Clinical Negligence, with experience managing own caseload.
  • Skills: Strong IT skills, ability to learn new systems, and excellent communication skills.
  • Personal Traits: Friendly, approachable, and able to build relationships at all levels.
