Position: UK Sales Manager

Location: Hybrid. Available to occasionally travel to our London Head Office


The role is available immediately.

Estella Bartlett is a well-established fashion jewellery and accessories brand, selling to major department stores and independent retailers around the world.


The Position


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced UK Sales Manager to join our company. As the UK Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our business by managing and growing our sales operations in the Independent Retailers segment. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who has a proven track record in sales management and a deep understanding of the wholesale industry.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets in the Independent Retailers channel
  • Manage and motivate a team of field sales representatives and agents to achieve sales goals
  • Maintain and develop an existing portfolio of customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them
  • Organize and attend UK trade shows
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and performance evaluations
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service


Requirements


  • 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the gifting or fashion industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business opportunities.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to analyse sales data and make strategic decisions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Full driving license
  • Willingness to travel and attend industry events and trade shows.
