The Cloister uk is a boutique, luxury real estate and lifestyle company based in Prime Central London, specializing in the sale, rental, and acquisition of super-prime London property. With more than 20 years of experience advising high net worth clients, we offer a discreet bespoke acquisition and sales service. Our regular monitoring of UK property law and global economic and financial movements ensures our clients receive the most up-to-date advice and information available. We liaise with ultra-high net worth individuals, family offices, developers, property funds, fiduciaries, corporate institutions, and sovereign wealth funds.


Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Manager/Director in Prime Central London, located in West End. The Sales Manager will be responsible for heading up the resale department and driving sales growth in prime central London. They will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, as well as overseeing the sales process from lead generation to close.


Qualifications

· Proven track record of success in managing a sales team and driving sales growth

· Experience in the luxury real estate industry, with a focus on London property

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships

· Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail

· Minimum 3 Years Prime Central London experience is a must.


We are offering a Great basic salary and a fantastic commission structure, with OTE in excess of 300k per annum. .
