About The Role:

We are seeking a collaborative Communications Data Coordinator for our client, a pioneering international architecture and design practice to support their London based press and communications team.


This newly created role is essential for connecting the project, communications, and press teams by centralising and collating project data, managing press content, enhancing website functionality, and supporting key milestones across the practice. This role requires someone with outstanding communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a solid understanding of architectural project stages. The ideal candidate will enjoy building relationships and thrive in a dynamic, multi-team environment, contributing as a cohesive part of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collate and coordinate project data across communications, architecture, and project teams
  • Share project milestones, updates, and timelines with the communications team
  • Oversee website performance
  • Act as a liaison between various teams, aligning cross-functional aims
  • Research and compile market statistics to support data-driven marketing content
  • Organise and upload press and project content to the CMS
  • Collaborate with team leaders and directors to centralise project information and reduce information silos
  • Ensure timely, accurate data updates, coordinating with finance and press teams to validate project details for press releases, exhibitions, and events
  • Coordinate with the in-house backend team on platform and CMS integrations


Key Skills/Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in the architecture or engineering industry in a similar role
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a multi-team environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building effective relationships at all levels
  • A good eye for graphics
  • Experience with Excel and CMS (content management systems) preferred
