Customer Success and Onboarding Coordinator - City of London Opportunity.
We are working with a client looking for a Customer Success Professional to support in coordinating and creating a seamless experience for their clients. You'll gain experience in onboarding, delivering engaging and interactive training sessions, managing clients and internal training processes, and providing administrative support to the Customer Success
team.
This is a great opportunity to work with various stakeholders across a growing team focusing on risk management in the center of London
Key responsibilities:
● Client onboarding and training.
● Customer success support.
● Client Communication and Collateral.
● Internal and External Communications.
● Data analytics and reporting.
● General Administrative support.
You should apply if you have:
● 1-3 years of working in a client-related environment.
● Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
● Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
● Proactive approach and ability to work independently.
● Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.
● Enthusiastic and willing to learn, with a keen interest in professional development.
● Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver presentations
and training sessions confidently.
● Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
It would be nice if you have:
● Experience in content creation, video production, or multimedia is a plus.
● Experience in the housing sector or compliance
