Savvy Media is working with a dynamic intelligence firm in the financial sector that’s growing rapidly, and they need someone who’s passionate about B2B business and relationship management to join their newly created team.
What will this role include?
- Lead post-sales client interactions, ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Cultivate strong partnerships with clients across all levels
- Maximize client satisfaction by helping them unlock the full potential of the company’s solutions
- Analyze customer data and behavior to enhance business strategies and identify new opportunities
- Develop deep insights into client industries, business models, and key decision-makers
- Serve as the client advocate, collaborating with Product, Editorial, and Research teams
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- At least 2 years of experience in a client-facing role (Customer Success, Account Management, Client Relations)
- Proven track record of building and maintaining key client relationships
- Good understanding of B2B subscription sales models
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly organized, with the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges
- Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit
