EXECUTIVE SEARCH


My client is an established executive search company headquartered in London focusing on senior leadership hires across various industries and locations. The business lives and dies on the ethos that executive search experiences such but a lot better for clients and candidates.


Throughout this companies +10 year history, they have developed recognition for their client-centric approach to identifying, attracting and retaining essential leadership talent, which sees them punch above their weight class during competition with several larger, traditional executive search firms.


During the next stage of growth, they are seeking a senior leader (Principal) to develop a presence further into the Retail and Consumer Goods industry. This will be someone who has a proven track record of delivering retained, executive search mandates in the market and boasts an excellent network of clients and candidates and has consistently delivered competitive billings in recent years.


A robust and highly talented Research function is already in place to fully support someone in the delivery and execution of retained executive search solutions.


Further responsibilities include:

  • Identify and target potential clients in the Retail and Consumer Goods industry.


  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of Executive Search mandates around the globe.


  • Leverage companies existing success within the industry to help develop and grow our brand reputation.


  • Act as an internal expert when it comes to understanding the nuance and dynamics with the Retail and Consumer Goods industry.


  • Identify and attend key industry networking events.



The ideal candidate will have:

  • In-depth market knowledge of the Retail and Consumer Goods industry.


  • Proven track record of pitching and selling executive search mandates to a range of consumer-facing organisation around the globe.


  • Demonstrable experience of identifying and winning new business.


  • A track record of generating minimum personal retained revenues of £300k+ p/a .

My client can offer a highly competitive basic salary (industry upper quartile) with a very strong commission and bonus payments.
