Our client, a premier travel company specialising in bespoke luxury travel experiences, is seeking an exceptional Head of Sales to join their team in the heart of London.


This role offers a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional with expertise in high-end travel, leadership, and product development to elevate our client's position in the luxury travel market.


As Head of Sales, you will spearhead efforts to capture the discerning high-net-worth (HNW) market, leading both the sales and operations teams to exceed targets while maintaining unparalleled standards of service. Your role will be crucial in identifying exclusive opportunities, forging strategic partnerships with luxury brands, and expanding our clients portfolio of ultra-premium travel experiences.


Job responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sophisticated sales strategies
  • Manage the operations team ensuring high attention to detail
  • Develop and deliver a robust product strategy
  • Cultivate and develop relationships with key suppliers
  • Lead and inspire a team of luxury sales specialists
  • Conduct market research on luxury travel trends


Job requirements

  • Experience of working with DMC's, managing direct contracts with hotels and guides
  • Commercially focused with an eye for detail and service excellence
  • Leadership experience and proven ability to build successful teams
  • Proven track record of HNW, luxury travel sales
  • Exceptional knowledge of the UK & Europe
  • Extensive B2C travel, sales experience
