Head of Sales & Events – High-end Venue

An exciting position has arisen for a Head of Sales & Events to join the team at this high end and unique London Venue. We are looking for an experienced Head of Events who is passionate about exceeding targets and loves working on luxury events


You will be responsible for proactive sales and developing the sales strategy for private hire, as well as getting into all the detail and being the point of contact for the client throughout the planning process.


Main duties:

  • End to end management of events
  • Deal with all incoming event enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships
  • Create and implement proactive sales strategy to drive new business
  • Liaise with clients on their event briefs and create bespoke proposals
  • Manage and develop the events team
  • Negotiate with and manage all external suppliers
  • Full coordination and design of each event


Requirements:

  • Proven track sales record from a high-end venue
  • Excellent understanding of luxury event planning
  • Proactive can-do salesperson
  • Passionate about hitting and exceeding set targets
  • Detail orientated with strong event planning experience
  • Polished, organised and super efficient
  • Experienced creating detailed sales plans
