Head of Sales & Marketing
HUM2N is one of the most innovative longevity centres delivering health globally. Supporting our community to get well, feel well & look well. This is a unique opportunity to be working alongside industry thought leaders in a futuristic centre that is at the cutting edge of driving preventive and personalised medicine forwards, with access to the latest modalities and a global clientele.
This a key role within the business, responsible for the Marketing & Sales operations, people management, the Sales & Marketing journeys, Sales & Marketing related cost control and revenue generation. This is a multi-functional, fast paced and hands-on role with plenty of diverse responsibilities and opportunity for growth.
Must be a highly organised, process driven and attention to detail orientated person.
Reporting into: CEO & COO
Key Responsibilities include: (not limited to):
- Optimise, manage and improve performance of marketing campaigns across various channels: Social, Digital, Email, Podcast & Referrals
- Coordinating and managing marketing executive, videography, SEO specialist & web developer.
- Improve and optimise sales from the ecommerce store of supplements, home testing kits.
- Drive & manage sales and recall journey to improve and achieve clinic revenue targets.
Marketing
- Design and implement marketing campaigns (with focus on Digital) that meet business objectives and drive leads
- Develop and maintain a strong brand across all relevant channels
- Evolve and develop new and innovative marketing and content initiatives to ensure HUM2N are constantly seen as a leading brand on the global landscape
- Ensure a fully integrated 360 approach is applied to all marketing initiatives for each service across all platforms to amplify and maximise brand visibility, awareness, impact and member information
- Manage brand aligned creation of required assets for deployment across blog, newsletters, social, events and in house requirements
- Manage and conduct reviews in order to maintain and develop the team with limited staff turnover
- Post campaign reporting and summary with key learnings and sharing with the business stakeholders
- Partnership and Sponsorship marketing negotiation and planning
- Attending weekly/monthly Ops or GM meetings to give an overview of activity and key focus. The objective of these meetings is for you is to ensure that all the parties in the room are informed and engaged in the activities and agreeing how they will support and further engage with Members
Influencers/Affiliates/ Exhibitions
- Track the number of referrals from each source - nurture relationship and grow referrals.
- Manage KOL & Influencer relationships and keep engaged - measure and report
- Lead on exhibitions to maximise sales & UX - map out, prep, follow up, man stand/lead team.
- Be responsible persons for coordination and sales maximisation of in house and external events.
Sales Journey Optimisation
- Manage prospect new business and clients
- Host events and workshops for in-club lead generation
- Sales Journey Compliance: Continual development of the various sales journeys, with sales maps, audits and onboarding plans for all sales team. Compliance tracking and reporting.
- Follow up with all referrals and events data to convert sales and bookings
- Conduct pre-planning activities each month including strategic outreach, for securing member referrals
- Train, monitor and report up-sell activations with clinical team
- Be an expert of services from the point of client entry to provide confidence to clients.
Improve Financial Performance
- Identify the most popular services for targeting promotion
- Identify & grow patient subgroups that are bringing in the most revenue
- Strategise & Oversee re-engagement activities to drive occupancy eg targeted mail outs, offers, direct reach out
- Implement cross referral training for team members, room rentals, practice privileges, and partners
- Implement and track sales incentive scheme for sales/ referral network
Ecommerce
- Ecommerce management
- drive ecommerce sales through designing campaigns, affiliates
Operational Duties to support in Flagship centre
- Tours for new prospects
- Cover when short staffed for reception in emergency
- Events management
Remuneration
£40-50k PA + Bonus (OTE 60-65k PA)

- Increase recurring revenue
