Additionally, we organise a series of high-profile events that engage and captivate our target audiences.


Job summary:

We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven campaigns manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities with senior decision-makers, specifically on behalf of The Collection by National Geographic Traveller (UK). This role requires a blend of sales expertise, creativity and a deep understanding of the media, as well as the role content plays in driving lead generation and brand awareness.


Key responsibilities:

- Develop new business opportunities by engaging with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders.

- Lead the creation and execution of commercially funded print and native content campaigns.

- Monetise our cross-media platforms and respond swiftly to market opportunities.

- Consistently achieve annual personal sales targets through effective sales strategies.

- Craft compelling presentations and proposals that resonate with clients and drive business.

- Develop and pitch creative concepts that align with client goals and objectives.

- Deliver innovative and effective solutions that meet client needs and expectations.

- Maintain composure and deliver high-quality work under pressure and tight deadlines.

- Understand and interpret client needs to transform ideas into actionable campaigns.

- Research and stay updated on current market trends to inform campaign strategies.

- Demonstrate strong knowledge of the digital landscape and production processes.

- Exhibit high levels of numeracy, creativity and analytical thinking in all aspects of work.

- Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, to articulate ideas and concepts.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless execution of campaigns.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, particularly in media, content marketing, or related fields.

- Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to research and apply current market trends to campaign strategies.

- High level of numeracy and creative problem-solving skills.

- Passion for media and content creation and how they both drive business outcomes.

- Ambitious, driven and eager to contribute to a collaborative work environment.
