Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Paid Media and Campaign Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid media strategies and managing comprehensive campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and engineering teams to ensure our advertising efforts align with overall business goals and deliver measurable results.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the regional teams in the USA, France, and Germany to develop and implement comprehensive paid media demand generation strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Create, manage, and optimise paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels, including budget management, audience targeting, and performance tracking.
  • Support the delivery of marketing campaigns, whilst monitoring and analysing their performance, providing detailed reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Try new tactics and activities, with a ‘test, measure, scale’ approach, to quickly identify what works and what doesn’t.
  • Work closely with the marketing, sales, and engineering teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution and alignment with broader marketing strategies.
  • Conduct A/B tests to continuously improve ad creatives, landing pages, and overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Liaise with external agencies and vendors to ensure successful campaign delivery and optimisation.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in paid media and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing paid media campaigns, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proficiency in using digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Extensive attention to detail.
