Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Operations Director EMEA. The Operations Director will be responsible for overseeing the operational teams across EMEA, including the UK head office and our regional operations in the Middle East and Africa. Responsibilities will comprise daily operations, managing teams, budgeting, and ensuring high levels of customer service. We seek a candidate with an outstanding capability to strategically guide a mid-management team into cost-effectively achieving their high-growth goals. This is a full-time on-site role located in Central London.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage budget for the region in alignment with the company strategy as set by the board,
  • Build relationships with internal teams to ensure the smooth running of the teams,
  • Manage and implement business policies into the region as defined by the group,
  • Be a regular point of contact for management in the region with regular meetings across the teams, with information consolidated and reported into the C-suite and board, focusing on progress against target as a region and KPI performance for individuals,
  • Assist in recruitment of new team members and assisting the team with any general staffing requirements,
  • Reporting information and data to the CEO/CFO and Board in the operation and performance of the region.
