Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Sales Director for EMEA to drive growth and enhance the performance of the sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in technology, and software sales, a deep understanding of the software development industry, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
This role focuses on expanding our presence in the European market.
Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives.
- Identify and target new business opportunities in key markets and industries.
Revenue Growth:
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets by closing new business deals and expanding existing client relationships.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement and achievement of sales goals.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Address client concerns and ensure successful delivery of services to meet client expectations.
Market Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions to identify new growth opportunities.
- Provide market feedback to the product development and marketing teams to help refine offerings.
Sales Operations:
- Oversee sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts, ensuring consistent messaging and lead generation.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the software development or technology industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Deep understanding of software development services and industry trends.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
