One of the largest MGA's in the UK, based in the heart of the City that specialise in SME to mid-market property & commercial business. They have fantastic relationships with their panel of brokers and put their clients at the centre of their underwriting strategy.

Given the companies' growth, they are now looking to add a project manager to focus on change, driving efficiency and process improvement across all areas of the business.


Your new role

Reporting into the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for managing all business projects and ensuring the execution of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks; whilst supporting the Operations and Underwriting team in implementing company-wide operational and IT change initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee operational change projects reporting to the senior management team
  • Develop and produce dashboards to monitor operational departments and share with stakeholders
  • Participate in relevant Senior Leadership meetings
  • Collaborate with London Underwriting teams and Regional Directors to provide operational support
  • Support the Head of Operations, ensuring the smooth running of all operations


What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in project management – ideally within an MGA
  • Solid understanding of the full underwriting process
  • Ability to manage relationships, both internal and external
  • Confidence to communicate with stakeholders, both internal and external, up to a senior level
  • Process driven, forward-thinking
  • Happy to work in a fast-paced environment
