OVERALL PURPOSE


As a Senior Product Management Manager, you will take part in managing the international roll-out of our products platform. You will be pivotal in assisting with the product development and management process for a new product or platform enhancement, taking part in developing market inquiry/outreach plans and interpreting results of product/platform opportunities.

You will be part of a team of product professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product marketing, and business development, to deliver exceptional products that meet market needs and drive business growth.


WORKING RELATIONSHIPS


You will report to the Director Product Management, based in the UK.

You’ll partner closely with our Business Development, Sales, and Marketing local business unit teams to build a cohesive user journey that delivers the right product to the right users, at the right time.



PRINCIPAL ELEMENTS & ACCOUNTABILITIES



  • Define PingPong’s payment products, from strategy and solution design to roadmap and delivery plans.
  • Focus on payment experience and capabilities for both pay-in and pay-out in local regions.
  • Participate in developing and executing the product strategy, in line with the overall business goals and market trends.
  • Work alongside the Product Marketing team in defining and prioritizing the product roadmap based on customer feedback, competitive analysis, and industry trends.
  • Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management, from concept ideation to launch and post-launch analysis.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure successful product development, timely delivery, and high-quality execution.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, understanding their pain points, needs, and requirements to deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven insights to iterate on products and drive continuous improvement.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to communicate product strategies, updates, and performance.



EXPERIENCE


  • 7+ years of relevant and progressive work experience spanning product management, or go-to-market experience, within the PSP business field or finance-related field.
  • Demonstrated success in launching and managing complex products from concept to market.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Exposure to carrying out work on new brand launches.


QUALIFICATIONS


  • Educated with a relevant degree in business, project management, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
