What you'll be doing:


  • Manage a team of Resourcing Business Partners / People Partners, supporting them to achieve objectives across their client portfolio.
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of each client’s organisation, it’s strategic aims and objectives as well as talent strategies across both the contingent and permanent space.
  • Seek opportunities for service enhancement and improvement and work closely with the Delivery teams to ensure these are followed through
  • Take ownership of working with other Reed brands to seek out opportunities to enhance and expand our offerings and utilise their experience to provide innovative solutions and further embed our relationships with the client.
  • Ensure that Reed realises its commercial goals in line with the forecasted financials
  • Monitor contract performance and ensure that client satisfaction leads to retention and extension of the contract
  • Build and maintain relationships with Senior Stakeholders, providing guidance on legislation, best practice recruitment process and providing solutions to support their organisational strategic aims and goals.
  • Work closely with the wider Account Management team to share success and best practice and new ideas across all the RTS portfolios of accounts
  • Drive Social Values initiatives within the clients as per the contractual terms and expand where possible to achieve additional value and a deeper client partnership



Who we are looking for:


Our ideal candidate will have experience of managing complex MSP programmes with a solid understanding of all elements of the end-to-end recruitment process from candidate attraction strategies through to offer and onboarding. You will be passionate about customer experience and satisfaction and have the ability to seek out challenges, create solutions and continually drive improvement and innovation.


  • Experience of managing RPO or MSP contracts.
  • Good understanding of recruitment legislation and statutory requirements.
  • Proven people management skills, including workload distribution and priorities.
  • Commercial acumen and the ability to identify commercial opportunities.
  • Management of internal and external stakeholders with the ability to influence and control.
  • Excellent rapport building skills, capable of engaging with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Adaptability to meet varying client needs.
  • Data analysis skills for decision-making and reporting.
  • Comfortable in presenting to key stakeholder groups
  • The ability to influence and control
  • Accountability for team outputs and performance objectives.



The following experience would be desirable:

  • Working within an outsourced recruitment service (MSP or RPO)
  • Knowledge of recruitment fundamentals such as designing attraction strategies, employer brand management, response handling, assessment centre design, delivery, and pre-employment screening, onboarding etc
