Are you ready to lead the charge in shaping the growth of a cutting-edge end-to-end marketing agency? We are seeking an exceptional Sales Director to drive our strategic sales efforts, foster strong client relationships, and unlock new opportunities across a dynamic, global landscape.


In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire client strategy – from onboarding new business to nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients. Working directly with the MD, you’ll set long-term goals and implement a comprehensive strategic sales plan that aligns with the agency’s vision.

Your Responsibilities

As Sales Director, you’ll take ownership of:

  • Strategic Sales Planning: Designing and implementing innovative sales strategies to drive growth.
  • Strategic Sales Skills: Consultative selling with the ability to identify client challenges and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Client Strategy: Enhancing and diversifying relationships with existing clients.
  • Market Analysis: Identifying trends, market opportunities, and competitive insights.
  • Performance Monitoring: Measuring and optimizing sales performance metrics.
  • Geographic Expansion: Exploring new markets and driving international growth.
  • Budget Management: Effectively allocating resources to maximize ROI.
  • Client Relations: Building and maintaining long-term, trusted partnerships.
  • Representation: Acting as a key spokesperson and ambassador for the agency.
  • Supporting Acquisitions: Identifying and managing potential growth opportunities through acquisition.


Your Profile

We’re looking for an accomplished leader with:

  • Agency Experience: 7+ years background in a similar role within a marketing agency, ideally with B2B expertise.
  • Growth Leadership: A history of growing accounts, diversifying revenue streams, and driving agency expansion.
  • Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of the global and UK marketing landscapes, including trends, opportunities, and stakeholders.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to identifying business opportunities and addressing challenges.
  • Communication Excellence: Outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly connect effort to results.
  • Process Implementation: Experience in establishing high-performing sales structures and processes.
