Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Team Manager (ASM level) to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the team sales, building relationships with clients, and providing an exceptional shopping experience in store

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Store Manager to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Lead and champion the team in delivering superior sales and service
  • Execute the Clienteling Program to develop new customer relationships and grow existing business
  • Capture meaningful customer data to personalize client development opportunities
  • Support key company events and product launches to drive sales results
  • Motivate and inspire the sales team through effective coaching and recognition
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs

Qualifications:

Required:

  • 2-3 years of management experience in premium luxury or luxury retail, with teams of minimum 20
  • Proven track record in sales generation and achieving sales results
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software and POS systems
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with clients and staff
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, changing environment

Preferred:

  • College/university degree
  • Graduate gemologist degree or previous GIA coursework
  • Previous experience within jewellery
